New items can sell out quickly, but do not worry, we will get more soon!
Select the size and colour you would like for that particular product, enter your email address and click the “Notify Me” button. Voila! We will send you an email when we have the product ready to ship.
How will I get confirmation that my Order is placed successfully? (Go to top)
Once your order is placed, we’ll send you an email with your order information to confirm and another email when your order is shipped out. However, the order will be accepted and sent to you once your payment details (credit card/debit card/net banking) and address and contact details have been approved and verified.
How will I receive my Order? (Go to top)
Once your order is conformed, we will ship your product to your mentioned shipping address. We have tie ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep.
All orders will be delivered in fully sealed tamper proof packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

Any inconvenience caused to you is regretted and we ensure complete assistance to resolve the issue. We request you to please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days.

Please login to your account to get the status updates of the order placed by you. Once the order has shipped you can track the same by clicking the TRACKING link on the main menubar.

If the order has shipped already, unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can accept the shipment and create a return request.

There are no additional charges for COD shipments. However if you choose to return a product which was initially ordered as COD and you ask for a refund, charges of Rs. 50 will be deducted from your refund amount.

All our orders are shipped within 4 – 5 working days, if you choose standard delivery.
We also provide expedited shipping, delivery in (1 – 2 working days) for selected pin codes.

We currently offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. You do not pay any shipping charges on ANY orders placed on our website.
However if you require an earlier delivery we provide an option to choose expedited shipping for an additional charge of Rs. 50.

You can apply any discount coupon on checkout page before you place an order. You need to simply enter the gift/discount code number on the “Payment” page, under the “Apply Coupon” tab while making the purchase.

If you have received various discount coupons, you are eligible to use only one coupon code in one transaction.
Can I use HashTag webstore to send gifts to others? (Go to top)
Yes, you can use our webstore to send gifts to your loved ones.
Your gift will also include a personalized message from you. Please mention the message in the additional notes section on the checkout page.
Is it possible to send a gift with any price tag or invoice? (Go to top)
Unfortunately no! Because of the prevalent regulations, we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be replaced if your loved one faces any issues
How to return a gift item? (Go to top)
Both the sender or the recipient can put in a request to return the gift item. The gift recipient can call our customer support to return a gift item. The sender will receive a coupon code, equivalent of the gift amount and he/she can redeem the same in next purchase
